We Give Up

In our June 18, 2025 meeting at Northside Grill, we unanimously voted to dissolve the Preserve Ann Arbor group, as we have decided Ann Arbor has already been ruined.

Long gone are the days before Tower Plaza ruined the view up Packard, before the First National Building towered over Main Street. The Ann Arbor we knew and loved has been murdered by density.

This is why, as a group, we will be moving to Chelsea, where we believe we can hold off modernity for another decade or two.

So long, Ann Arbor. We will miss what you were in 1965.
